gROUP tRAINING

Offering 8 week, hybrid training blocks at our state of the art facility.

Our coaches are committed to helping you every step of the way. With one in person group training session a week and online programming through our app, to ensure you progress not only when you're with us, but 7 days a week.

  • 1 in person group training session a week on Wednesday evening
  • Maximum of 9 people per training group
  • Testing at the start and end of the 8 weeks to track progression
  • Online programming to complete for the rest of the week
  • Scaled training so we can accommodate every ability level
  • Tailored nutrition programme
  • SW7 Academy T-shirt + Lifting Belt

Our first intake is now live for sign ups. The first session will be on the 27th March and repeat every Wednesday for the next 8weeks.

  • Private gym, you will be 1-1 with one of our coaches
  • Hour long sessions so we can prepare you fully for your tested movements
