Sam has always had a great interest in sport. His background is predominantly through rugby, playing in the back three.
While he doesn't play anymore, he loves to still train like he's playing at the top of his game. He enjoys reading into various training methods and research to improve his physical performance to still look and perform like an athlete.
Sam's sporting background is very diverse, spanning from rugby to gymnastics, swimming to athletics and football to surfing.
He has been coaching for 3 years and has a great background with working with clients in group settings, 1-1 and online, to improve their health, longevity, and performance.
Before joining the academy, Sam was giving top level coaching to semi-professional athletes that were looking at progressing to the next level of their sport. Some of these sports included rugby, football, ice hockey, MMA, cricket, and long-distance runners. He's excited to bring this diverse knowledge on board to help our members excel with their own fitness goals.
