
Niamh Tinman
Niamh has an MSc in Strength &Conditioning and has experience coaching across a range of different sports. Asan athlete, Niamh has competed at regional and national levels in both rugby and football.
Qualifications include the completion of an undergraduate degree in 2020, and subsequent postgraduate in 2023. Alongside studies Niamh has further undergone qualifications such as WRU Level 2 Coach and UEFA FAW B Licence Coach.
Playing at high levels of rugby and football has allowed Niamh to gain an expansive knowledge of the game, which has subsequently aided in creating specific programming surrounding rehabilitation and development for players.
As a female athlete and coach, Niamh’s focus has always been around the development of female sport, and those who compete across different sports and levels. Niamh's also shares a passion for creating and making high-performance resources accessible for all female players that want to excel within their chosen sport.
As a coach, Niamh has worked with teams such as Cardiff Rugby, Bath College, Yeovil Women FC, Wales Women’s National Team, Coley Y Cymoedd.
